Two Hastings Chess Tournament booklets published in semi-stiff card covers by "CHESS, Sutton Coldfield" (ie. B.H. Wood) from the 1950s. They cover the 1954-55 and 1955-56 tournaments and are both in Fair condition. Both are reproductions of the January chess magazines from their respective year. The former is issue numbers 237-239 of "CHESS" while the latter is issue numbers 259-260. 60pp + 35pp. Laid in to one of the booklets is a newspaper article by Harry Golombek regarding the ongoing Candidates Tournament at Bled/Zagreb/Belgrade in 1959 along with an annotated Tal game. Both booklets are heavily annotated by a dedicated previous owner. Reading copies only. Further scanned images are available on request. Uninsured postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £2.00. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details. Any questions, please just ask.
