Index in pages 38-40 of December. All covers bound in. 28,6 x 22,3 cm. In English.
Very good: Only the binding has a major defect, a kind of abrasion that affects almost the entire surface of the covers and the spine. Some foxing on the edges of the safeguards, and remnants of old label. Otherwise, inside in excellent condition, almost new.
