"The Selected Games of Lajos Portisch" by Egon Varnusz. Published in hardback by Batsford in 1979. First Edition. 207pp. The book is in Very Good condition. The binding is tight and there is no shelf lean. The page edge blocks are clean. The book is very clean and inscription/annotation free apart from a previous owner's name on the front endpaper. There is light surface staining to the front board plus a tiny speck on page 39 (see scans). The dustjacket is also in Very Good condition with a short closed tear on the front panel to note plus minor creasing at the head and tail of the spine. The jacket is now protected by a removable see-through sleeve. Games are given in English descriptive notation. Further scanned images are available on request.
