Good to very good: The photo is "arched", with tiny wrinkles in the corners, and a very slight long vertical wrinkle in the central part of the photo and other smaller ones barely visible (they are perfectly visible against the light). Mikhail Tal's signature is in the middle near the bottom edge. Against the light to have an attempt of another signature on top, perhaps also by Mikahil Tal, and that perhaps the pen used only exerted pressure but did not write, something relatively frequent on the type of surface similar to that of a photo.

Nice photo of the Former World Champion Mikhail Tal (in the photo you can perfectly read WELTMEISTER) of his game against the Former President of FIDE, Florencio Campomanes, corresponding to the match between the Soviet Union and the Philippines, in qualifying group B.
In the photo, Mikhail Tal is thinking about his second move 2.d4 in response to the Caro-Khan Defense 1 ... c6 raised by Florencio Campomanes.
