Prefazione del conte Gian Carlo dal Verme, Presidente della Federazione Scacchistica Italiana. Edizione rivedutta dall'Autore. Titolo originale: Párosmérközés a világbajnokságért (Sakkstilus-tanulmány). Traduzione dall'ungherese del maestro internazionale Tibor Florian. Lo studio è apparso per la prima volta in tre puntate sulla rivista "Magyar Sakkvilàg" (= mondo scacchistico ungherese) nei numeri dell'ottobre, novembre e dicembre 1949. Le tre puntate vennero poi, a cura della stessa rivista, riunite in un estratto nel 1950.

Very good to excellent: Just mention a slight foxing on some page, which affects almost exclusively the covers and the page in contact with them, common in this type of paper. Otherwise in excellent condition.

Italian translation, with several beautiful photographs (I don't know if they are present in the original Hungarian edition) of Barcza's publications in the 3 issues from October to December 1949 of the "Magyar Sakkvilàg" Magazine, on the Lasker-Tarrasch Match for the 1908 World Championship. It also includes a nice photo of Barcza with his family and an interesting Biography.
Very rare booklet, especially with the ERRATA-CORRIGE and in this excellent condition.
