Círculo de Ajedrez de Vélez Sarsfield: "MEMORIA Y BALANCE". Ejercicio comprendido entre el 1º de Diciembre de 1954 y el 30 de Noviembre de 1955.
Buenos Aires, Círculo de Ajedrez de Vélez Sarsfield, 1956. Original softback stapled edition. 42 pages (including Title page). The booklet is complete, although the pagination is a bit strange, since the unnumbered dropdown between pages 34 and 41, is included in the pagination, "counting" as 6 pages (35-40), and therefore the slight piece of page located in the outside of the side, after the last fold, is counted as 2 pages, perhaps somewhat exaggerated, although in reality what is rare is to include a drop-down page in the pagination. 18,2 x 11,6 cm. In Spanish.
Good: The only major flaw is the cutoff of almost half the Title page. It is true that the loss of information is nil, since the Title page is an exact replica of the front cover, and page 2 (back of the Title page) is blank, exactly the same as in the other Newsletter of the 1952-1953 season, which he also auctioned. This has caused excessive browning of the top of page 3, "splitting" the page into 2 completely different hues. Slight browning normal on this type of paper. Very slight wrinkles and tiny stains, mainly on the covers. Very slightly rusted staples. Otherwise in good to very good condition.
It is a kind of Bulletin, of the Club "Círculo de Ajedrez de Vélez Sarsfield", in which the Activities of the 1954-1955 season are registered, offering valuable information about little-known tournaments (perhaps some unknown to people from outside Argentina) of this historic Argentine Club, with different Classifications Finals and Cross-tables.
