DESCRIPTION
Kautsky Vaclav, Partie mezinarodnich turnaju sachovych v Praze 1908 (Games from the International Chess Tournaments in Prague 1908). All 190 games from the tournament without annotations, but with many diagrams and 6 photos. Published in Prague 1909. LN 5289, Soukup 89, Mokry 104.
The first Czech tournament book and one of the first books where figurine notation was used.
Condition - Fair to Good: private half-cloth binding with gold lettering on spine. Binding is a bit worn. Stamp of the Prague Chess Club (1. československý klub šachistů v Praze) and handwritten number on the front page. Some pages are a bit soiled. The last pages are glued with white tape in the middle. Pages 87 - 90 detached.
