"Reshevsky On Chess" by Samuel Reshevsky. Published in hardback by Chess Review/Pitman in 1948. First Edition. 274pp. Betts 29-121. The book is in Very Good condition for its age and has clearly been well cared for over the years. The binding is tight and there is no shelf lean. The boards are very clean and the gilt lettering on the spine is still bright. The page edge blocks are lightly tanned from age only. The book is inscription free although a previous owner has placed his name sticker on the front pastedown (see scan). Internally the volume is very clean and free of foxing. The dustjacket is also in Very Good condition. It has two tiny, closed tears to note along with miniscule chips to the head and tail of the spine. The spine area appears to have sunned a little also. The dustjacket is now protected by a removable see-through sleeve. Contains autobiographical text plus 110 annotated games in English descriptive notation. A nice copy. Further scanned images are available on request. Uninsured postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £3.50. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details. Any questions, please just ask. .
