"Chess Pie" No. 3. Official pre-tournament souvenir of the 1936 Nottingham International Chess Tournament. Published in softback by the British Chess Federation in 1936. First Edition. 98 large pages plus several pages of quaint vintage adverts. Betts 25-122. The booklet is in Fair overall condition for its age. The binding is still strong and all the internal pages are firmly attached. The covers are in Poor condition as they have closed tears, ink smudge marks, puncture holes, chipping to edges and a small pieces of the portrait on the front cover is missing (see scans). Internally the first and last couple of pages are scuffed and have handling marks but the remaining pages are in Good condition and are inscription free. The page edge block is grubby from age and handling. Scarce. Further scanned images are available on request. Uninsured postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £2.50. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details. Any questions, please just ask.
