"Learn Chess from the World Champions" by David Levy. Published in hardback by Pergamon Press in 1979. First Edition. 206pp. The book is in Good overall condition. The binding is tight and there is no shelf lean. The pictorial covers (the book was issued without a dustjacket) are clean. The internal pages are inscription and foxing free. However, several of the internal pages exhibit a tan coloured staining around the extremities and the book has a slightly musty odour. The page edge block is tanned and has foxing (see scan). Historical appreciation of the greats from the past (including some that were the world's strongest player but not officially the "World Champion" eg. Philidor, et al) plus illustrative and 34 fully annotated games in English descriptive notation. Further scanned images are available on request. Postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £2.50. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details. Any questions, please just ask.
