"Chess Digest, 1968 (Vol 1)". Published by Chess Digest. Bound in maroon/red hardback. 288 large pages.Betts 7-134. The volume is in Good overall condition for its age. The binding is tight and there is no shelf lean. The boards have sunning where a book has been placed for a period of time on the front board, resulting in discolouration. The rear board has a small, superficial stain (see scans). The silver lettering on the spine has faded but is still readable. The page edge block has speckled staining (see scan). Internally the volume is in Very Good condition. The pages are clean and inscription free. The volume is free of foxing. Heavy! Unpacked weight is approx.1150g.
