"The Chess Sacrifice" by Vladimir Vukovic. Published in softback by Bell & Sons in 1968 (although distributed from The Philippines, see scan). First UK Edition. 219pp. Betts 19-32. The book is in Good Plus condition for its age. The covers are clean although there are a couple of small stains on the rear cover and tanning evident to the extremities. The spine area has faded from sunning and there is a diagonal crease on the rear cover (see scan). Internally the book appears to be largely unread as the binding is still very tight. The pages are all clean (one small dried liquid stain visible, see final scan) and inscription free but have tanned from - presumably - the poor quality of paper used in publication. The page edge blocks are clean although tanned from age. Scarcer than the hardback version. Further scanned images are available on request. Postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £2.50. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details. Any questions, please just ask.
