"CHESS, Sutton Coldfield Vol 33" edited by B.H.Wood. Bound in publisher's brown hardback in 1968. First Edition. 372pp. Magazine issue numbers 539 (Oct 1967) - 562 (Sept 1968). Includes index. Condition is Good Plus for its age. The binding is tight and the volume has no shelf lean. The gilt lettering on the spine is still clearly visible. The volume is free of foxing and the page edge block is tanned but clean. The volume appears to be inscription free apart from the very occasional pencilled tick at the start of a few annotated games. Magazine covers are not bound in. The boards are very clean (see scans, a small stain visible on the front board and a very small dent on the same boards corner) and it is obvious that this book has been cared for over the years although the internal pages have tanned near the edges somewhat and the volume has a mild musty odour to it. Games are in English descriptive notation. Further scanned images are available on request. Uninsured postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £3.50. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details.
