"CHESS, Sutton Coldfield Vol 36" edited by B.H.Wood. Bound in publisher's brown hardback in 1971. First Edition. 388pp. Magazine issue numbers 611 (Sept 1970) - 634 (Sept 1971). Includes index. Condition is Good Plus for its age. The binding is tight and the volume has no shelf lean. The gilt lettering on the spine is still bright. The volume is free of foxing and the page edge block is clean, although tanned from age. The volume appears to be inscription free. Magazine covers are not bound in. Paper quality is variable. The boards are very clean (see scans, a small light discolouration visible at the top of the rear board) and it is obvious that this book has been well cared for over the years. Internally, the volume has a moderate musty odour to it. Games are in English descriptive notation. Further scanned images are available on request. Uninsured postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £3.50. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details.
