Here is the mention around that press-photo :

10th round of the "Jose Raul Capablanca" chess tournament     May 12, 1962

After the tenth round, the three Soviet chess players, Vasili Smislov, Lev Polougaievski and Boris Spasski, appear at the top of the score board. Wolfgang Pietzsch (GDR) who had a good start, was defeated two times consecutively and lost his leading position.

Lev Polougaievski suffered his first defeat in the tournament against the Czechoslovakian Ludek Pachman, who won in forty movements.***

The photo shows Polougaievski returning to his seat, seing the last move played by Pachman (14. o-o) ; now his clock is running and he will exchange the Knights on e5...

Pachman will win this game and will put his signature on the photo (above his head), for the photograph, Gustavo Roca !
