Mikolaiv, chess club Problemist Pribuzhya, 2000. Paperback. 384 pages + 1 sheet with photos and signatures. Published 150 copies. Signed by 7 composers. Size 20.5 cm. 400 grams. Partly in Ukrainian, partly in Russian.
Good to very good: light signs of use, ex-libris paper label of previous owner pasted on inner cover, internally OK with no writings.
Ukrainian composition yearbook, with many - I estimate 1500 - problems of various types and endgame studies, all diagrammed, articles, comments, photos, name index etc.
This copy has a specially bound sheet with photographs of 9 Ukrainian composers, which does not appear in other copies.
Seven composers are signed: Gordian, Dyachuk, Markovtsy, Kopyl, V. Semenenko, O. Semenenko, Kirilichenko (see picture).
This sheet is addressed to Velminovazhnyi Ludovit and is a wish of Ukrainian composers to the addressee on his 75th birthday. This Ludovit is most likely Ludovit (Ludo) Lehen, 1925-2014, a well-known Slovakian composer.
