DESCRIPTION

An uncommon chess booklet: "The Havana International Masters Tournament, 1913" by J.R. Capablanca. Published in softback by the British Chess Magazine in 1976 as "BCM Quarterly Number 18". First Edition. 84pp. Apparently not in Betts. The booklet is in Good Plus overall condition for its age. The binding is tight. The booklet is inscription free and internally very clean. PLEASE NOTE: The front cover is damaged with superficial loss (see scans). There is no foxing present. The page edge block is clean. Games are given in Algebraic notation. Scarcer than some of the earlier BCM Quarterlies, in my experience. Further scanned images are available on request. Uninsured postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £2.00. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details. PLEASE NOTE: AUCTION ITEMS WON FROM BIDDERS IN THE EU AREA WILL HAVE THEIR GOODS POSTED FROM THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND (part of the EU) AND THIS WILL, HOPEFULLY, AVOID THE NEW BREXIT POSTAL TAX. (N.B. Winning bidders in the GB area will have their goods posted from Northern Ireland - part of GB - as usual). Any questions, please just ask.
