Letter from Frank Marshall to Rufus Henry Streatfeild Stevenson dated 2nd January 1913.
A letter written on two pages of a folded paper, with the following content:
Dear Stevenson,
Yesterday I got a cable from New York, and I have answeredit saying I would sail on Jan 11th ss Maurietania leaving from Liverpool, if they arranged at the same time I am quitting Burnley regretting but also offering them the 8th or 9 for a farewell performance if they cared.
So dear friends we may have to go it will be better for the boy I guess.
I will write you again when I am sure.

Size: 22 x 17,5 cm, folded.
Condition: The letter have been glued into a collector's album and then taken away from it. A 3 cm tear on the upper part and lower part of page 2 (see scans).
