Extremely rare, very scarce and incredibly hard to find

Winnipeg, Manitoba Chess Association, 1958. Original stapled softback edition. 20 pages. 23,1 x 15,6 cm. In English.
Good: Covers with light general wear with some defect, such as the small tear with a tiny missing in the upper part of the spine, as well as a stain in the lower outer corner of the front cover. Some slight wrinkle, more important in the upper inner corner, affecting the entire booklet to a greater or lesser extent. Staples with some rust, leaving a slight trace on the center 2 pages. However, inside in good condition.
