DESCRIPTION

"Chess Meets of the Century" by Robert Fischer and Dimitrije Bjelica. Published in softback by ZZIU in 1971. First Edition. 154pp. The book is in Good Plus condition for its age. The binding is tight and there is no shelf lean. The page edge blocks are clean. Internally the book is in Very Good condition and is inscription, annotation and foxing free. The main depredation with the book is the covers which are scuffed and discoloured (see scans). There are also small creases to edges and superficial damage along the spine area and cover extremities. Scarce and sought after. Numerous B&W photos. Games are given in algebraic notation. Further scanned images are available on request. Uninsured postage by Royal Mail within the UK is  £2.50. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details. PLEASE NOTE: AUCTION ITEMS WON FROM BIDDERS IN THE EU (and The USA, etc) WILL HAVE THEIR GOODS POSTED FROM THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND (part of the EU) AND THIS WILL, HOPEFULLY, AVOID THE NEW BREXIT POSTAL TAX. (N.B. Customers in the GB area will have their goods posted from Northern Ireland - part of GB - as usual). Any questions, please just ask.
