Good: covers a little soiled and somewhat browned at the bottom. Rear cover has ca 1.5-cm tear at fore-edge. Internally clean with no writings.
This small booklet is a history of a Prague chess club named „Sachovy odbor telegr. stav. uradu“ (The Chess Department of the Telegraph Building Office). The club was founded in April 1943.
The book contains information about the club players, about club tournaments in 1943-1944 (with 3 crosstables) and 13 games tournaments with brief annotations. Also included are a few problems (no author is given), a few reports of chess curiosities etc.
