Good to very good / no dust jacket: binding is OK. Paper exlibris label pasted opposite the title page. Text is clean with no writings.
The book deals with chess openings.
This is the first time I have met this type of binding. I have had the book in the original hardcover several times in the past, but it was always a beige/red paper binding with a cloth spine. Like this: https://www.chessbookshop.com/books_images/500033_1.jpg
This book is bound in the same style, but the binding is full cloth.
