"Chess With The Masters (100 Classic Games, 1834-1962)" by Martin Beheim. Published in hardback by Thames and Hudson in 1963. First UK Edition. 271pp. Betts 24-95. The book and its dustjacket are in Very Good condition. The binding is tight and there is no shelf lean or bowing present. The boards are very clean and the gilt lettering is still bright. The internal pages are all very clean. There are minor faults to the book, commensurate with age, such as a little light discolouration to the page edge block but all things considered the volume has been well cared for over the years. The dustjacket is also in Very Good condition. It is complete, although price clipped, and has a very short closed tear on the rear panel and a little crumpling to the head of the spine. Inscription, annotation and foxing free. Games are in English descriptive notation. Further scanned images are available on request. Uninsured postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £3.50. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details.
