Healey, Frank: "A Collection of two hundred Chess Problems composed by F. Healey". Including the problems to which the prizes were awarded by the Committees of the Era, the Manchester, the Birmingham, and the Bristol Chess Problem Tournaments. Accompanied by solutions.
London, Longmans, Green, and Co., 1866. Original red linen edition, with gold Title in spine and blind decoration on the covers. XII (including Frontispiece and Title page) + 266 pages. 19 x 13 cm. In English.
Good: The main and highly visible defects are on the covers: some dirt (most visible in the corners), some breakage at the spine edges (although the binding is solid), scuffed and bent corners, and on top of all these defects, especially the large water stain (or some liquid) on an important part of the back cover, which also affects the entire spine (suffering discoloration, as well as some breakage), a large part of the safeguard and practically nothing to the last pages. Otherwise, some light foxing on the first and last pages, but in very good condition inside.
