Gottschall, Hermann v. Anderssen.

Adolf Anderssen der Altmeister deutscher Schachspielkunst. Sein Leben und Schaffen. Adolf Anderssen (1818 - 1879) won the first tournament in London in 1851. Since then, undisputed champion of Germany. In particular the treatment of the openings offers a wealth of the most wonderful combinations.
