"New York, 1940. US Chess Championship" by John Hilbert. Published in hardback by Caissa Editions in 2002. First Edition. 209pp. The book is in Near Fine, unread condition. The binding is tight and there is no shelf lean or bowing present. It is inscription and annotation free. The page edge blocks are very clean. The red boards are very clean and the gilt lettering is still bright. A lovely copy. Games are given in Algebraic notation. Further scanned images are available on request. Uninsured postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £3.00. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details.
