"The Chess Amatuer" magazine. Volume 1, Number 1. Published in softback by H. Harmer in October 1906. 32pp. Betts 7-54. Di Felice 494. The magazine is in Good Plus condition for its age. The covers have some browning to their extremities (see scan). The staples have rusted and slightly bled. The bottom staple has become detached from the cover (see scan) so the magazine must now be handled with care. There is a previous owner's name on the rear cover in pencil. Internally the magazine is in VG clean condition. It is inscription/annotation and foxing free. Further scanned images are available on request. Uninsured postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £2.00. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details. PLEASE NOTE: AUCTION ITEMS WON FROM BIDDERS IN THE EU (and The USA, etc) WILL HAVE THEIR GOODS POSTED FROM THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND (part of the EU) AND THIS WILL, HOPEFULLY, AVOID THE NEW BREXIT POSTAL TAX. (N.B. Customers in the GB area will have their goods posted from Northern Ireland - part of GB - as usual). Any questions, please just ask.
