DESCRIPTION

"The Chess World" magazine. Volume 1, Number 1. Published in softback in October 1932. 48pp. L/N: 5976. De Felice 655. The magazine is in Good condition for its age. The covers and page 1 of the magazine have quite heavy scuffing to their extremities (see scan). This depredation, however, then disappears and the remainder of the magazine is unaffected. The staples have rusted but not bled. Internally the magazine is in Good Plus, clean condition. There are a couple of creases or small turned up page edges but this is entirely commensurate with age. It is inscription/annotation and foxing free. In English language and algebraic notation. Further scanned images are available on request. Uninsured postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £2.00. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details. PLEASE NOTE: AUCTION ITEMS WON FROM BIDDERS IN THE EU (and The USA, etc) WILL HAVE THEIR GOODS POSTED FROM THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND (part of the EU) AND THIS WILL, HOPEFULLY, AVOID THE NEW BREXIT POSTAL TAX. (N.B. Customers in the GB area will have their goods posted from Northern Ireland - part of GB - as usual). Any questions, please just ask.
