As new: Spectacular condition, as new. Photos are from a previous auction of mine from 2018 (http://www.chesslund.com/detail.asp?id=11446&n=2007-JAQUES-STAUNTON-CHESS-SETS-1849-1939), which fetched a sale price from 143,00 EUR. The current auction book is in virtually identical condition as the 2018 one.
