Kecskemét, Első Kecskeméti Hirlapkiadó- és Nyomda-Részv.-Társ., 1928. Private hardback linen binding with gold Title in spine. VII Index pages (including Title page) + 1 leaf photograph (before page 193) + 336 pages (covers not included in pagination. Nice drawings on pages 268 and 276). Due to a typographical error, page IV of the Index is numbered VI. Also due to a typographical error, at the bottom of page VI of the Index a Fränkel problem appears on page 381, when in fact it is on page 331. Bound without covers. 22 x 14,9 cm. In Hungarian with a very few fragments in German.
Fair to good: General foxing throughout the volume, and very strong on some leaves (stronger than seen in photos). Index with a lot of foxing and many annotations in black pencil and underlining in red pencil, all perhaps erasable. Annotation (listing the games of the year) in blue ink in the heading of each game. Very occasionally some annotation in the margin with blue ink (I will have seen 3-4 approximately). Curiously, in the problems section there is no annotation, mark or similar. For the rest, totally firm and with a perfect binding. The feeling in the hands is very good.
