DESCRIPTION

Seven cards (each approx. 290mm x 250mm) with cellophane covering that contain chess themed stamps on franked envelopes or postcards. I know nothing about chess stamps but the previous owner appears to have been a diligent follower and his neat explanations on each card will be my mine also. See scans. The stamps are not only protected by the cellophane covering they are also beneath a further, fixed, plastic slot so I would reckon that their condition is Very Good or better. Wikipedia can provide further information on these stamps. Further scanned images are available on request. Uninsured postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £2.00. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details. PLEASE NOTE: AUCTION ITEMS WON FROM BIDDERS IN THE EU (and The USA, etc) WILL HAVE THEIR GOODS POSTED FROM THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND (part of the EU) AND THIS WILL, HOPEFULLY, AVOID THE NEW BREXIT POSTAL TAX. (N.B. Customers in the GB area will have their goods posted from Northern Ireland - part of GB - as usual). Any questions, please just ask.
