"Selected Games of Mikhail Tal" by Jozsef Hajtun. Published in hardback by Isaac Pitman and Sons in 1961. First UK Edition. 145pp. Betts 29-140. The book and its dustjacket are in Very Good condition for their age. The book looks largely unread and is very clean. It has clearly been well cared for over the years. The binding is tight and there is no shelf lean or bowing present. The page edge blocks are clean. The book is inscription/annotation and foxing free. Games are given in English descriptive notation. The dustjacket is now protected by a removable see-through sleeve. The Tal autograph is on a scoresheet type of sheet of paper with Tal's photo at the top. The date would appear to be mid-1970s. The Tal autograph has a mild crease running through it (see scan). This sheet of paper has been loosely laid into the book and it can, therefore, be either affixed in the book or removed and placed in some other collection. The sheet is also in Very Good condition. Further scanned images are available on request. Uninsured postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £3.50. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details.
