DESCRIPTION

A complete run of the 23 issues of "SKAK" magazine which was specially published by the Icelandic Chess Federation to commemorate the historic Spassky vs Fischer World Chess Championship in Iceland in 1972. The magazines approximately correspond to each single game of the match. The condition is Good Plus for their age. Some minor discolouration to covers and some light creasing to note but internally the issues are all in very clean condition and are inscription/annotation and foxing free. Printed in Icelandic, English and Russian languages. Numerous B&W photos. 388pp. Uncommon in a complete run. Further scanned images are available on request. 'Signed For' postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £5.00. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details. PLEASE NOTE: AUCTION ITEMS WON FROM BIDDERS IN THE EU (and The USA, etc) WILL HAVE THEIR GOODS POSTED FROM THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND (part of the EU) AND THIS WILL, HOPEFULLY, AVOID THE NEW BREXIT POSTAL TAX. (N.B. Customers in the GB area will have their goods posted from Northern Ireland - part of GB - as usual). Any questions, please just ask.
