Issues 33-38 and 41-42 of Novoye Vremya. Shakhmaty 1892 (volume 2). LN 6313. Sakharov 218. Sakharov 2 - 263.
Chess department from the newspaper "Novoe Vremya”. It was published in the years 1891-1892, 46 issues in total. The editor was Mikhail Chigorin. According to Sacharov, the magazine's circulation was quite low. Issues with separate pagination (up to issue 34) had a circulation of 300-400 copies, and issues with continuous pagination (from issue 35 onwards) had a circulation of only 200-300 copies
Condition - Fair to Good: most of the issues soiled and wrinkled especially around the edges, uncut leaves at the top.
