Amsterdam, Nederlandse Bond van Probleemvrienden, (1949). Original publisher softback oblong edition. 15 pages (front cover included and unnumbered page 15) + blank back cover. 13,5 x 21,7 cm. In Dutch.

Fair: Normal defects: some browning (mainly in edges), some light wrinkles, a light annotation (date) in pencil (erasable) on the front cover, small tear in the spine of the front cover around the staple (still attached to the rest of the booklet by the back cover, written solution in pencil (erasable) in problem 12 on page 7 and another 3 with a slight annotation of a couple of words, rusty staples and few stains (more visible in covers and pages 3-4).

Not in L/N. RARE, VERY SCARCE AND EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND!! For example, of the complete run of 18 published numbers, the "Max Euwe Centrum" has 12, and the Amsterdam University Library only 6.

The “Elck Wat Wils Wedstrijd” was a popular annual tourney in composing, solving and judging, of Nederlandse Bond van Probleemvrienden.

I think that "ELCK WAT WILS WEDSTRIJD" van den Nederlandse Bond van Probleemvrienden was published, as Yearbook, between 1932 and 1953. In total, if my information is correct, were published 18 volumes. "One volume published in 1945-1946, and publication suspended 1950-1952" (Chess Periodicals-Di Felice). Some sources, like Di Felice, it appears 1933 as the first year of publication. However, as the same information provided by it, the volume of the present auction would be No. 16, and is actually the No. 17. I suppose that the information that appears in the following link, which appears 1932 as the first year of publication is correct: https://kb.on.worldcat.org/oclc/906745839. Di Felice error is to be considered as independent "Drievliegenwedstrijd" (Di Felice 2960) as publication different from "Elck Wat Wils Wedstrijd" (Di Felice 2965), when in fact it is the first volume.
