DESCRIPTION

"Bogoljubow: The Fate of a Chess Player" by Sergei Soloviov. Published in softback by Chess Stars in 2004. First Edition. 280 large pages. The book is in Very Good condition for its age and appears to be unread. The binding is tight and there is no shelf lean present. Internally the pages are all very clean and inscription/annotation and foxing free. The book has two minor depredations to note. 1. At some point in the past it has landed on its edge on a hard surface and this has caused a small dent to the bottom edge of all the pages. 2. The thin material used to cover the book has reacted to temperature changes and has warped slightly along the spine areas on both covers, front & back. I have attempted to show these depredations in the scanned images but they are largely of a cosmetic nature, IMHO. Games are in figurine Algebraic notation. Quite scarce for a modern chess title. Further scanned images are available on request. Postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £3.50. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details. PLEASE NOTE: AUCTION ITEMS WON FROM BIDDERS IN THE EU (and The USA, etc) WILL HAVE THEIR GOODS POSTED FROM THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND (part of the EU) AND THIS WILL, HOPEFULLY, AVOID THE NEW BREXIT POSTAL TAX. (N.B. Customers in the GB area will have their goods posted from Northern Ireland - part of GB - as usual). Any questions, please just ask.
