"How Euwe Won (Book of the World's Championship Chess Match, 1935)" by C.J.S. Purdy. Published in softback by the Australasian Chess Review in 1936. First Edition. 59pp. Betts 27-39. The booklet is in Good condition for its age. The staple binding is sound. The staples have rusted but not bled. There is a previous owner's name and address on the inside of the front cover but no other writing or annotations elsewhere. The booklet is free of foxing. However, the booklet has been well read over the years and there are depredations as follows: 1. Scuff marks to the covers. 2. Handling marks to the page edge block. 3. Several pages have small "dog ears" from the corners of the pages having been turned back while a few others have creases to other areas of the internal pages. Games are given in English descriptive notation. Scarce. Further scanned images are available on request. 'Signed For' postage by Royal Mail within the UK is £3.50. Airmail postage to Europe and elsewhere will be extra - please ask me for details. PLEASE NOTE: AUCTION ITEMS WON BY BIDDERS IN THE EU (and The USA, etc) WILL HAVE THEIR GOODS POSTED FROM THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND (Part of the EU) AND THIS WILL, HOPEFULLY, AVOID THE NEW BREXIT POSTAL TAX. (N.B. Customers in the GB area will have their goods posted from Northern Ireland - part of GB - as usual ). Any questions, please just ask.
