London, PRINTING-CRAFT, LTD., 1930. Original publisher stapled and glued sofback edition. Portrait of The late Major Sir Richard W. Barnett + 289 pages (according to Betts, which includes the last 6 unnumbered "Memoranda" pages) with 4 photos, a few illustrations, tables. 18,3 x 12 cm. In English.
Very good to excellent: Minor flaws not worth mentioning. Just mention the Title handwritten with ink on the spine and few and light wrinkles in few pages. Inside in very good to excellent condition.

"Same details as 1929-30 edition, but increased representation, comprising 17 counties, the British Chess Federation, the British Correspondence Chess Association, and the London Chess League. No more published with this title; continued as the English Counties Chess Unions Combined Yearbook (see no. 8-31)." Betts.
