These books were dedicated to the French Master Alain Villeneuve, a famous endgame expert (he wrote some important works on that subject) : "To my friend and expert Alain Villeneuve L. Pachman" ; 3 signatures acompagny the other volumes (see scans).
Some annotations by Villeneuve, all carefully pencilled.
408 + 416 + 544 + 320 pages 12 x 19,5 cm.
Covers a little used (see scan) - normal with the passed years - but very good condition inside.
