Russian master Genrikh Chepukajtis (1935-2004) was one of the world's greatest blitz players in the 1960s and 1970s. He was many times blitz champion of Moscow and Leningrad and often finished ahead of Tal, Korchnoi or Petrosyan in blitz tournaments.
The book presents a selection of his games and fragments of games, including some recommendations on how to play blitz.
This is the 1st edition from 1997. The book was later published several times (3-5x) in the series Bibliotechka shakhmatista
The title means Sprint on the Chessboard.
