Very good: No flaws to mention, except for the light staining on 3 pages, most visible on Middle Title Page, and barely visible on pages 13 and 24. Otherwise in very good, if not excellent condition.
Germán Pírez Pérez (1914-1992) was the first provincial champion of Las Palmas, the best player in Las Palmas in the 1930s, 1940s, and up to the early 1960s, who was also a journalist for the press, and politically provincial secretary of the Communist Party of Spain.
In the book there are 95 of his games (some commented) being the oldest from 1932. On page 62 there is a photo of an Alekhine Simultaneous.
