Magyar sakkvilag 1917/18.
Budapest 1917-1918. Loose issues paginated separately, 16 pages each, (416) pages in all. Large size ca 30.5 cm. 1,700 grams. In Hungarian. LN 6164, Di Felice 1413.
Good or better: Issue has the first and last page a little soiled. The pages of this issue have a small, ca 0.5 cm tear at fore-edge. The first four numbers have small traces of horizontal folding in the middle. Internally OK with no writings.
Complete 5th volume, 26 issues published fortnightly from 8 April 1917 to 24 March 1918. Title/index was not published in this volume, neither any plates. The magazine is published without covers.
In this 5th volume (V. evfolyam) numbering of the games and problems starts again from the beginning. In this volume, the games are numbered 1-159, problems and studies 1-362

The magazine was published in 1911-1950, then replaced by Magyar Sakkelet. The years 1911/12 to 1918/19 were published in Budapest as a fortnightly. In 1920 and 1921 the magazine was not published. From 1922 the magazine was published in Kecskemet as a monthly.
All volumes of Magyar Sakkvilag, published before 1920, are scarce.
