SCARCE AND HARD TO FIND!!

Bochum, Verlag Otto Katzer, 1943. Original softback edition in 3 loose numbers. 36 pages (published without covers). 23,5 x 15,6 cm. In German.
Fair: General condition with some wrinkles, breaks (especially at the edges and in the spines), some slight stain and slight dirt (more important in "covers" of number 3), and mainly most pages weakly attached to the staples, with some "covers" completely loose ("back cover" of number 1, and "both covers" of number 2), although they are complete. Paper is somewhat fragile due to the quality of the original paper. Inside there are some defects, such as the general browning with some stain, some small pencil annotation, and 2 price annotations in blue ink on page 36 next to the spine. I sincerely believe that it is a reasonable set of magazines, to bind. Please, see the photos inserted below, to get an idea quite close to the real condition, since virtually all defects are present.

After number 3 of 1943, the magazine in years 1943 (April)-1953 (January) merged into the "Deutsche Schachzeitung". Vol. for January 1943-March 1943 called Vol.12; when publication resumed in February 1953, Vol. numbering began with Vol. 11.
