Good: Some slight wrinkling, stamp on lower inside corner, some rust on staple, dedication on top edge of front cover, and organizer's signature on inside front cover, both in blue ink. Otherwise in reasonably good condition.
Serruys & Van Habberney 131b; Di Felice 70.1 (Chess Competitions 1824-1970).
Signed and dedicated by the Organizer Hendrik Baelen to Lombard ("A mon cher Lombard"). It could be dedicated to the USA Grandmaster William Lombardy or to the Swiss player André Lombard (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/André_Lombard). If any of these 2 players received this present, it is practically certain that it was many years after the Tournament. I honestly don't know if it could even be someone else who is the recipient of this present.
Nice program whose main attraction is the 6 pages with the presentation of the players with their photographs, among which Spassky's stands out especially.
