The Hastings Chess Tournament 1895 - A New Edition 1898 Chatto & Windus. Edited by Horace F. Cheshire. 370 pages followed by 32 pages advertising. Sales sticker on inside front cover, Newspaper clippings of Pillsbury glued before frontispiece (see photos). Occasional handwriting in margins, but minimal. Previous owner's signature written before title page. Foxing on page edges, binding is fair, corners of covers are bent.
Pillsbury won ahead of Tchigorin and Lasker.
