Franz Stoppel (3 October 1931 – 2007) was an Austrian chess master and one of the leading Austrian chess players in the 1960s and 1970s. He won three bronze medals in the Austrian Chess Championships 1965, 1967, and 1977 and was Mitropa Chess Cup winner in 1977.
Julius Kozma (1 June 1929 – 26 November 2009) was a Slovak chess master and Czechoslovak Chess Champion in 1967. He played for Czechoslovakia in the Chess Olympiads in Munchen 1958 and Leipzig 1960.
