GM Miroslav Filip
As arbiter in Tbilisi 1981

Good to very good: light signs of use, a few pen note on the back.
Very good condition: light signs of use, no flaws. Signature of the photographer Tamaz Kikava on the back: foto Tamaza / Kikavi / 1981 god. Also note in penl in other hand.
The photo is possibly from the match Chiburdabidze - Alexandria (Borzhomi - Tbilisi 1981), where Miroslav Filip was an arbiter.
Biographical data:
GM Miroslav Filip (1928-2009), the best Czechoslovak player in 1950s, one of world's best chess players around 1960, World Championship Candidate 1956 and 1962. Multiple Czechoslovak chess champion. He played in 12 olympiads.
