Volume 2 - published from November 1890 to October 1891, 12 issues (Nr. 23-34), 98 pages (each issue 8 pages, only the February issue 10 pages), 4 portrait plates, no title page and index (maybe not issued?), covers not bound.
Volume 3 - published from November 1891 to October 1892, 12 issues (Nr. 35-46), pages 99-196 (each issue 8 pages, only the July issue 6 pages and the October issue 12 pages), no title page and index (maybe not issued?), covers not bound.
A very rare regional chess magazine, mainly featuring news and games from Sussex (Southern England). There is also a regular problem section. The magazine was published from November 1889 to January 1896, a total of 7 volumes.
Condition - Good or Better: private cloth binding with gold lettering on the front, binding is a bit worn and soiled, endpaper with browned paper and handwritten dedication.
