As new: Virtually like new.
Although the comments on the games are scarce and in most cases non-existent, it is a unique book in recounting the return of the great Kasparov that caused enormous expectations. Likewise, the photos (of various sizes) are in black and white, although the photographic report is the strong point of the book with almost 100 photos.
Nowadays, despite being a 2017 Edition, this book is very difficult to find, since the company that published the book (Wizard Chess Books) "has disappeared".
