The Russian politician and jurist Nikolay V. Krylenko [14.5 1885 - 29.7 1938] was a war commissioner in 1917/18, later a commissioner for justice and chief prosecutor of the Supreme Court. He fell victim to the great purge of Stalin. His name and his preface were removed from all still unsold books. Copies of the present work with the preserved name Krylenko are rare. This book has photo copies of the preface.
